“I want to stand as close to the edge as I can without going over.
Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center.” ― Kurt Vonnegut

Bagging A Burden

Destiny gone bad,
it's dragging us down,
with the devil gone mad.

Another empty shell,
one for the book,
and shot to hell.

Save the sympathy,
shelter the storm,
and don't bleed me.

Sratching a soul,
bagging a burden,
and out of control.

Scratching a soul,
bagging a burden,
and out of control.

Free your fears,
medicate the pain,
and save the tears.

Another lost soul,
taking a life,
and filling up a hole.

With no love train,
we're trapped,
in a life of pain.

Scratching a soul,
bagging a burden,
and out of control.

Scratching a soul,
bagging a burden,
and out of control.
